Box Score Riverdale, N.Y. - After capturing their first win of 2018 just a week ago against the University of Dallas, the College of Mount Saint Vincent's women's lacrosse team returned to action on Saturday afternoon when they took on Wilkes University. Despite facing a different team, the result was the same, as the Dolphins were victorious by the score of 15-11.
CMSV were led by a pair of freshmen who had standout afternoon's over the 40 minutes of play. Midfielder
Caitlin Elia impressed in her second straight contest, as her two goals and two assists brought her team-leading point total to 10.
Emma Dell'Aquila, her first-year counterpart, impressed in her own right, as she scored a team-high five goals and chipped in two assists. Upper classmen

Amy Cohen all chipped in with at least one goal apiece. Freshman goalie
Allyson Weakliem was strong in between the pipes, as she saved 14 out of 25 shots.Â
With the victory, the Dolphins are now 2-1 to begin the season. They'll return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Virginia to take on Sweet Briar College.Â
