Jared Bomba joined the Mount Saint Vincent men's soccer coaching staff ahead of the 2025 season with the hiring of newest head coach Max Watson. A 2015 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, the Diplomats compiled a record of 55-17-8 during Bomba’s four years in Lancaster. F&M made Sweet 16 and Elite Eight appearances during his junior and senior seasons, and won a Centennial Conference championship in 2013.

Bomba was recognized with All-Region, All-Conference, and Academic All-Region honors as the Diplomats completed an undefeated regular season in 2014.

The Newmanstown, Pennsylvania native also brings coaching experience, including stints at fellow Skyline Conference member SUNY Maritime, as well as Franklin & Marshall. He received his master’s degree from Syracuse University in 2018.
