Lee Testor joined the University of Mount Saint Vincent Men’s Lacrosse coaching staff with extensive NCAA coaching experience and a strong background in program leadership, recruiting, and student-athlete development. Testor brings experience coaching at the Division I, II, and III levels and has held leadership roles at multiple collegiate programs.
Most recently, Testor served as Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Davis & Elkins College, where he oversaw all aspects of the NCAA Division II program, including recruiting, budgeting, travel logistics, fundraising, and daily team operations. His leadership emphasized building a strong team culture while helping student-athletes succeed academically and athletically.
Testor also gained Division I experience as an Assistant Coach at Central Connecticut State University and served as Associate Head Coach at Alderson Broaddus University. He previously held assistant coaching roles at Davenport University and Dean College, where he contributed to recruiting efforts, defensive and transition development, and program administration. At Dean College, he was part of a staff that helped lead the team to a New England Collegiate Conference Championship.
In addition to his collegiate coaching career, Testor served as Regional Director for True Lacrosse, overseeing the development of more than 150 athletes while managing coaches, recruiting operations, and tournament logistics. His experience in both collegiate and club lacrosse has allowed him to develop strong recruiting networks and a proven ability to identify and develop talent.
Testor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from New England College and brings over 15 years of operational leadership experience, which enhances his ability to support program logistics, organization, and long-term development. He is committed to fostering a competitive, disciplined, and supportive environment for student-athletes.
