Old Westbury, NY - The University of Mount Saint Vincent struggled on the road on Wednesday night, dropping their conference showdown with Old Westbury in consecutive sets( 16-25, 23-25, 21-25) to fall to 7-14 on the season. The loss also put their Skyline record at 3-9 through 12 games.
Jose Dominguez was tonight's top hitter, taking home 13 kills to lead the way for the Dolphins.
Raeden Nieves impressed in multiple areas, with a robust 10 kill, 10 dig, three ace, three assist performance.
Tyler Hanna matched Nieves with 10 kills of his own, while
Yestro Luciano Jr. recorded six.
Christian Ferrer posted a game-best 34 assists, while
Matthew Barrancos and five digs and a pair of aces.
The Dolphins will look to return to the win column on Saturday when they host Sarah Lawrence College on Senior Day.
