Old Westbury, NY - The College of Mount Saint Vincent's women's volleyball team had their last road game of the season on Tuesday, taking on Old Westbury while looking to pick up their third conference win of the year. The Dolphins struggled against the Panthers, losing in straight sets, 25-19, 25-10, 25-17.
Despite the loss, there were impressive performances across the Dolphins' roster. Sophomore
Lydia Aryee was all over the court for CMSV, tying for the team lead in kills while also adding five digs and five assists. First year setter
Charlotte Martin impressed, leading the way with eight assists while freshman Kathertine Torres paced the Dolphins with three service aces. Familar faces
Melanieann Broderick,
Katelynn Fanjul and
Elizabeth Flores combined for 10 kills as well.
The Dolphins will wrap up their season on Thursday when host Yeshiva University in Riverdale.
