RIVERDALE, NY - The field for the 2017 Skyline Conference Softball Championships is set, following the conclusion of regular season play, which wrapped up on Tuesday evening. Your CMSV Softball team has earned the no. 5-seed, meaning they will take on no.4-seed Farmingdale State on Thursday May 4th, at 9:30pm. All games for the 2017 Softball Championships will be played at Mount Saint Mary's College in Newburgh, NY.
This marks the fourth straight season the Dolphins have qualified for post-season play under head coach
Mark Roldan. The Dolphins and Rams will kickoff play on Thursday at 9;30am, in a single elimination game. Due to impending weather, the no.4-seed vs. no.5-seed as well as the no.3-seed vs. no.6-seed will be played as single elimination games.The winner of the CMSV vs. Farmingdale St. game will take on no.1-seed Mount Saint Mary's at 1:30pm.
The Dolphins and Rams split their doubleheader matchup on April 22nd. After dropping the first game 4-1, the Dolphins responded by taking game two 7-6.
