NEW YORK, NY - The field for the 2017 Skyline Conference Men's Volleyball Championships is set, following the conclusion of regular season play, which wrapped up Saturday afternoon. Your CMSV Men's Volleyball team earned the no. 3-seed, meaning they will host no. 6-seed Purchase College on Tuesday April 11 at 7:30pm in the Sharp Center.
This marks the fourth straight season the Dolphins have qualified for Skyline postseason action. Men's Volleyball first round action begins on Tuesday 4/11, followed by the semifinal round on Thursday 4/13 and the conference final being played at the home of the highest remaining seed on Saturday April 15.
The Dolphins finished up the 2017 regular season with a 16-11 record overall and a 7-2 mark in Skyline play.
CMSV and Purchase squared off against each other once during the regular season. On March 4th, the Dolphins swept the Panthers 3-0 (25-16, 25-17, 25-18), led by
Tyler Cucullu who did a little bit of everything that day. The senior had 12 kills, six aces, five digs, four blocks and two assists.
