KINGSTON, NY -The CMSV Men's Lacrosse team opened the 2016 season on Saturday taking on Bard College but the Dolphins lost 17-7.

Germain Ngaba got on the board 28 seconds into the game for the Dolphins  when he scored unassisted. The senior midfielder scored again with 8:39 left in the first quarter to make the score 4-2 Bard. 

In the second and third quarters, CSMV put in three goals, one more by Ngaba and one each by Matthew Dellacorce and Michael Puchalski but the Dolphins still trailed 13-5 entering the fourth period. 

In the final frame, Michael McEnaney and Joshua James got on the score sheet.

The Dolphins 2016 home opener is scheduled for March 8 at 7:30pm at Gaelic Park vs. SUNY Cobleskill.
