RIVERDALE, NY - The CMSV men's lacrosse team hit the field Tuesday night, hosting Concordia University (WI). The Dolphins lost, 25-4 to the Falcons, falling to 1-4 on the season.
CMSV was dominated by Concordia from the start of the game, with the Falcons holding the Dolphins scoreless for the first 30 minutes of play.
The Dolphins finally broke through in the third period, scoring back-to-back goals.
Germain Ngaba netted the first of his two goals with 7:01 remaining and then three minutes later, Joshua James scored to make the score 16-2.
In the fourth period, the Dolphins added two more with Ngaba scoring his second with 8:42 left in the game then
Michael Puchalski scored three minutes with CMSV on the man advantage making the score 22-4 in favor of the visitors.
The Dolphins used three goalkeepers, with Arben Gashi making five saves,
Frank Bakakos making four and
Tyler Smyth stopping one.
CMSV returns to action Thursday night when they will travel to Kings Point to take on US Merchant Marine Academy at 7pm.
