The second half started off much like the first half as St. Joe's was able to grow their lead to as much as 23 points with 13:35 left in the game and would continue to hold a double-digit lead for the majority of the second half.
After Matt O'Neill made two free throws to make the score 90-73 with 2:32 remaining, the Dolphins were able to close out the game on a 15-5 run but it was not enough to overcome the large deficits the team faced all night.
