Glenside, Pa. – The College of Mount Saint Vincent Men's Lacrosse team was back in action on Wednesday night, falling on the road at non-conference foe Arcadia by a score of 18-6. Three Mount Saint Vincent players scored two goals in the game and freshman
Frank Bakakos (Staten Island, N.Y.) made 15 saves in goal.

Arcadia dominated play in the first half on Wednesday, outscoring Mount Saint Vincent 10-1 before the intermission. Freshman
Rob Lalli (Tuckahoe, N.Y.) scored the Dolphins lone goal of the first 30 minutes, netting his first goal of the game at the 6:26 mark of the first quarter to tie the score at 1-1.

Following the Lalli marker, Arcadia scored the next two goals of the period and the next 10 overall in building an 11-1 advantage. The Knights outscored the Dolphins 7-0 in the second quarter, outshooting the Dolphins 16-5 in the stanza.

Mount Saint Vincent did not get its second goal of the game until
Pat McEnaney (New York, N.Y.) scored with just under 11 minutes left in the third quarter and
Mike McEnaney (New York, N.Y.) tallied a man-up goal a half minute later to cut the Dolphins' deficit to 11-3 with 10:28 left in the third.

Pat McEnaney scored his second of the game in the closing seconds of the third period and
Mike McEnaney and Lalli found the back of the cage in the fourth for the Mount, but the Dolphins could never get its deficit closer than eight goals in the second half.

With his two goals on Wednesday, Lalli is tied for the team lead in markers with 16 and leads the team in points with 23. He added two groundballs in the game for the Dolphins.
Pat McEnaney closed the game with four points after assisting on two goals and collected three groundballs.
Mike McEnaney added two goals and an assist for the Mount.

Junior
Germain Ngaba (Bronx, N.Y.) picked up five groundballs in the game and senior
Frank Maddaloni (Bronx, N.Y.) finished with three groundballs and two caused turnovers.

Joe Stanton led the Knights with five goals and eight points with Arcadia getting three goals from three other players. Billy Van Dyke had a big game for the Knights, going 21-for-26 in face-offs and leading all players with 17 groundballs.

Making his first career start, Bakakos made a career-high 15 saves and equaled the team-high with five groundballs. A.J. Beck earned the win with four saves in 45 minutes of work and Ryan O'Leary made four saves in the fourth quarter for Arcadia.

For the game, Arcadia finished with a 58-31 advantage in shots, a 45-31 edge in groundballs and dominated face-offs 21-6.

Wednesday's loss drops Mount Saint Vincent to 0-10 overall on the season. The Dolphins will close out the home schedule on Saturday when it takes on conference foe Stockton.
