Riverdale, NY - Ahead of the Skyline Conference Postseason Tournament, the conference office released its year-end awards, and the University of Mount Saint Vincent was featured on both teams. Junior
Marti Senyer and freshman
Adam Klak were awarded first team honors, while junior
Jacob Greiffenberger and freshmen
Jacob Rooney and
Justin Sorto eared spots on the second team.
Senyer, a mainstay in the team's midfield throughout his career, put together his best campaign to date in 2026. The Gurb, Spain native posted career-highs in goals, assists and points, putting together a six goal, three assist season across 13 starts. Both Senyer's goal and points totals ranked second on the Dolphins roster.
Klak, meanwhile, started off his collegiate career in impressive fashion. Appearing and starting in 15 games this season, Klak was a force on the Dolphins back line, as he was just one of three players to log over 1000 minutes on the year. Despite his defensive skill set, the Ozone Park local also made an impact offensively. Klak not only added a pair of goals, but also was awarded two assists as well.
Greiffenberger has been a staple on a Dolphins standout defense and led the roster in minutes played. Sorto, meanwhile, was in conference Rookie of the Year contention after leading UMSV in both goals (10) and points (23), while Rooney performed as a Swiss army knife for head coach
Max Watson, excelling on both ends of the pitch.
With postseason honors now in the rearview mirror, all eyes turn to the Skyline Conference Postseason Tournament. The Dolphins earned the number two seed and a first round bye, with a home matchup set for Wednesday evening.
