Riverdale, NY - The Dolphins continue to raise the bar as one of the top women's soccer programs in the region. Not only did they earn back-to-back Skyline Conference regular season championships, but they put themselves in a prime position to host the conference final for the third consecutive year.
The Skyline Conference released their 2025 All-Conference team, and the Dolphins continued to boast how strong the program has become.
Junior striker
Eva Puentes was named Offensive Player of the Year, just the second student-athlete in program history to do so. Puentes was the Conference's premiere goal scorer, as she led the Skyline in goals (15), points (35) and points per game (2.06). Puentes also secured a spot on the First Team All-Skyline list, a first for the Garwood, New Jersey product.
Freshman
Ariana Hernandez was awarded the Skyline's Rookie of the Year honor as well as getting a spot on the Second Team. The Hercules, California native made an instant impact in her first year of collegiate soccer, as she led the conference in assists (nine) to go along with three goals while helping control the pace of play.
Transfer sophomore
Kerrigyn Lynam took home First Team All-Conference honors in her first season in Riverdale. Lynam added six goals and one assist while appearing and starting in 14 games this season. In addition to her success on offense, Lynam's physical presence was felt on the defensive end, where she led the back line to another strong campaign.
Senior
Dana DeDominicis earned All-Conference honors for the third straight season, as she caps off her career with the Dolphins as a Second Team recipient. DeDominicis has been consistently productive across her career and her senior season was no different. The Holland, Pennsylvania native had one goal and three assists while logging over 1000 minutes in 17 games (15 starts).
And for the second straight season, head coach
Jason Weisberg was named the Skyline's Coach of the Year. Sharing the honor with Tom Williamson of St. Joseph's Long Island, Weisberg propelled the Dolphins to a 12-3-2 record, giving him 23 wins in 36 games.
The Dolphins are scheduled to take on the winner of Mount Saint Mary and Farmingdale this coming Wednesday in the Skyline Conference semifinal round.
