Riverdale, NY - The College of Mount Saint Vincent's golf program started their 2019 season on the right foot. In their home opener on September 15, the Dolphins defeated non-conference rival Albertus Magnus College by the collective score of 373-382.
CMSV was paced by freshman
Billy Brumbaugh, who scored a team-best 84, which is also good for second-best in the afternoon. Riley Pippen and
Sam Thomas scored 88 and 89, respectively, while the team was rounded out by
Pat Ilardi (92),
Casper DeFrancesca (108) and
T.J. Starks (108).
The Dolphins will look to continue their winning ways on September 22 when they face off against Skyline Conference competition in a tournament for the first time this season at Bethpage Red.
