Harrison, NY - The College of Mount Saint Vincent received the first blemish on their schedule this weekend when they dropped a Skyline Conference matchup to Old Westbury on Saturday afternoon. This marks the lone loss of the season as the Matt Jeran-led squad has been firing on all cylinders, including winning all regular season matches while also having a strong showing in the Skyline Conference Championship.
Once again it was
Sam Thomas, a second team All-Conference recipient, who led the way for the Dolphins with a score of 86. Teammate
Casper DeFrancesca was also tied for the team lead, while
Billy Brumbaugh, TJ Starks and
Pat Ilardi followed suit for CMSV.
Despite the loss, the Dolphins will look to return to their winning ways, as they will compete in the Skyline Invite on their home course on Monday, October 14.
