Riverdale, N.Y. – Behind three points each from Louisa Jamgochian (Olney, Md.) and Charlotte Barnham (London, England), the College of Mount Saint Vincent women's soccer team eased to a 5-0 win over visiting Saint Elizabeth on Monday night. The Dolphins featured five different goal scorers and six players with a point.

Mount Saint Vincent got on the board early on Monday when freshman Mandy D'Amico (Freehold, N.J.) potted her second marker of the season at the 14:31 mark of the match. She finished off a feed from Jamgochian inside the box for her first career game winning tally.

Shannon Doyle (Central Islip, N.Y.) would notch her second of the season with just under five minutes left in the first half off a centering pass from Barnham to give the Mount a 2-0 lead heading into the intermission.

The Dolphins carried the play from the outset on Monday and finished the opening 45 minutes with a 19-0 edge in shots and a 12-0 advantage in corner kicks.

Mount Saint Vincent would get on the board early coming out of halftime when Jamgochian scored her second of the season at the 48:53 mark. She finished off a pass from senior Gabriella Astorino (Warwick, N.Y.) to give the Dolphins a commanding three goal advantage.

Barnham and Ashley Mars (Hicksville, N.Y.) would add goals for the Dolphins later in the half to close out the scoring and send the Mount to its second win of the season. Barnham tallied on a pass from Vanessa Cornacchio (Oceanside, N.Y.) at the 57:40 mark and Mars buried a rebound off a shot from Erica Lencsak (Hazlet, N.J.) in the 73rd minute.

Laura Schools (East Northport, N.Y.) made her first career start in goal for Mount Saint Vincent on Monday and earned the win for the Dolphins. She combined on a shutout with Sophia Cunningham (Flushing, N.Y.); the Mount's second of the young season. Carla Martinez finished with 11 saves for St. Elizabeth.

Overall on the night, Mount Saint Vincent had a 31-1 advantage in shots and a 16-0 edge in shots on goal. The Dolphins took all 17 corner kicks in the match and fouls were whistled 4-2 against the Dolphins.

Monday's win pushes Mount Saint Vincent to 2-1 overall on the season. Next up for the Dolphins is a trip to local foe Sarah Lawrence on Wednesday. Kick-off for the road match at Tibbetts Brook Park is set for 7:00 p.m.
