Farmingdale, N.Y. – The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women's Soccer team was dealt an 11-1 loss at Farmingdale State on Saturday afternoon. The Dolphins lone goal was scored by
Danielle Heumegni (Bronx, N.Y.) with just over 22 minutes to play in regulation.
The Rams opened the game up in the early going after tallying six times inside the first 20 minutes of play. Rebecca Richman got the scoring started in the second minute on Saturday.
Leading 8-0 heading into the second half, Farmingdale State added three more goals in the second half, before Heumegni got the Mount on the board. She tallied an unassisted goal in the 78
th minute for her second marker of the season.
The Rams finished the game with a pair of multi-goal scorers in the game and had 12 different players with at least one point. Katrina Cerverizzo and Kelly Geheran each finished the contest with a pair of goals for Farmingdale State.

Kara McNish (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished the afternoon with 10 saves for the Dolphins. The Rams used a pair of keepers on Saturday with Amanda Moss earning the win and Stacey Roa recoding the team's lone save.
For the contest, the Rams held the advantage in shots 39-3 and took all 10 corner kicks in the match. Fouls in the contest were called three apiece.
The loss drops Mount Saint Vincent to 3-9 overall on the season and to 1-5 in the Skyline Conference. The Dolphins will look to rebound on Tuesday when they place host to Saint Elizabeth in a non-conference matchup. Kick-off at Fleming Field is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
