The lead would grow to double-figures on a Jill Brady (Rockaway Beach, N.Y.) triple with 13:12 left in the half and would balloon to a high of 16 points in the first half on three occasions, including on a Ciara Clarke (Warwick, N.Y.) layup in the closing seconds to send the Mount to the locker room with a 38-22 advantage.

The Dolphins shot a red hot 53.3-percent from the floor in the opening 20 minutes and outscored the Raptors 22-4 in the paint. The Mount Saint Vincent defense also excelled in the opening period, holding Bard to just eight field goals and a 28.6 shooting percentage.

Mount Saint Vincent used a 20-4 run over the first 9:30 of the second half to open its advantage to 30 on the Raptors. The advantage would not fall under 27 points the rest of the contest and grew to a game-high 39 points on an O'Connor layup in the final 40 seconds.

Overall in the game Mount Saint Vincent was 32-for-59 from the floor and also knocked down 10 treys, with half of those coming from O'Connor.
